logan's room is not the ordinary dorm of a teenage boy here at Dayton. Seeing as Logan is a successful teenage actor, he has a lot more going on in his dorm room. He has a stereo, in which he could have a party. You can occassionally see that mini fridge out in the living room as well, if you get what I'm talking about. He mostly has a contemporary feel in his dorm. Black sofa with steel bars wrapped on it, with the already-installed wood floors. Matching bed, all that. But most of all, the thing that sets Logan's dorm away from the others is all of his awards from his performances.
