Logan hadn't really been himself lately, ever since that day at the library he had really been thinking things through. He didn't want to look like a moron, basically. He had no idea that was how people really looked at him, and who wanted that? Especially with those tabloids and such just watching his every move. He had to give them a reason to take their eyes away. He wasn't sure how he would do that but he intended on doing it soon. He also hadn't stopped thinking about the girl he had met at the library, Ally. He hadn't tried to ask her out yet, she would be like the other girls though. It was all in fun and games to Logan. He didn't need anything in life, except to have fun. That was practically his whole life, or would you say his whole life was a joke? I'm not sure. All he knew was it had been way too long since he had gone out and had fun, all because of Violet. Why did he go out with her in the first place? It wasn't like he really cared about her more than a friend. Now he considered her to only be a bother.
He shook his head as he pulled his tiny, white sports car into the parking space at the beach. He was meeting his best friend, Caden here. For some reason, he was really the only person Logan really trusted. It was almost like Caden knew the real Logan Emerson instead of that one you see on TV, and that one that walks around school. He could literally sit and talk to him like he was never famous, never been to a Hollywood party or any of that junk. Just normal talking. Logan hopped out of his car, it was almost unbelievable that he fit inside it. He was so tall, 6'4" to be exact, and his car was so small. I guess that's why so many tall celebrities have convertables and decked out SUV's. He closed his door slowly and locked his car. If you looked straight at the car in the daytime, it could probably blind you if you were standing in the correct spot. It was that shiney, and decked out with chrome. Celebrities were all about the attention, even when they try to act like normal people.
Logan walked over to the wooden fence and leaned against it. Whiping out his iPhone he stared into the screen, checking his e-mail, myspace and text messages. Being as famous as he was, you know he would have some things to reply to. So thankfully, he wouldn't look like a complete idiot while waiting for Caden to get here. It was nice to have a guy friend that he could go to the beach with and just scope out cute girls. Most of the guys around here wanted to act all "gentleman like" or something like that. Whatever. The weather was pretty nice out, there would be a few girls playing volleyball at least. Logan knew that much would be true, girls in bathing suits was questionable, however. He took a quick glare behind him, giving a small mischevious smile, finding there were a few here. Sure, he wasn't technically single but what Violet didn't know wouldn't hurt her.

Caden sighed as he sat in his car, turning his volume up. His cd player was blasting opera music. A very femme male opera singer, named Bumac. He had such a fetish for good harmony though. The song was called Lucia Di Lammermoor. He didn't know why he liked it so much. He could be listening to some hard rock or alternative music. But he had different tastes in music. Up for anything. He was feeling quite opera-etic today.
Pulling up to the beach, he pulled on his sunglasses to block the sun. He stepped out of his car, scanning the beach for his best friend, but getting distracted by some girls playing volleyball. He smirked a bit, and continued his quest for his friend. Searching, he couldn't seem to find him. There was some stuck up looking man on his phone, and watching the girls. Taking a closer look, he realized the stuck up man was his best friend.
"Logan likes boys." He spoke, walking up to him and slapping him on the back. They had a great friendship with eachother, and a great respect for eachother. Caden, in a way, looked up to him.

Logan grinned at the group of girls, not that they wouldn't know who this famous actor was. Plus, every famous actor has that friend who isn't famous yet, but in a year or two you know it will happen. So when Caden got here, they'd all over them. It was a common fact of life, they were IT BOYS, and girls love IT BOYS. Logan stuffed his phone back into his pocket, he was done talking to whoever it was. And whats-her-name who texts him nonstop. Sure, all those IT GIRLS are asking how it was between them, but it only confused Logan. She wouldn't leave him alone. She thought they were dating, he called her baby because he often times forgot girls names after he messed with them, so now she thinks they're "together". Yeah, right. That'll be the day, when Logan Emerson falls in love, what in the world is happening?! That'll be the number one question asked by people around the world. Girls would also be weeping because they're favorite actor got married and they had already planned out their wedding with him. Kind of sad, really.
Logan turned to the girls again, then smirked. The sad thing was he really hadn't stopped thinking about that girl from the library. It was a desperate call for help, he needed to go to a party or something. He needs a hook-up, anything to get him away from.. Violet. Logan's life was so much less stressful without all the girls asking how "Violet" is. "Oh Logan, how are you and Violet?" or, "Logan! I hear you and Violet are together, how's that going?" He'll tell you how it's going, he didn't ask her out?! She just assumed they were?! Well, okay he's wrong maybe he asked when he was drunk. That would have been the only time he could have though because he doesn't remember anything about it. Which was a bit strange, even just asking on dates he remembers, but this? He does not at all.
Logan turned when he finally heard his friend speak. He gave him an 'are you kidding me?!' look and laughed. "Damn straight." Logan played along with him, hey he never really got to joke a lot of the time anyway because of all the reporters around. "I have a confession, dude I love you." Logan couldn't keep a straight face on that though, "Just kidding. You of all people know I don't bend that way for real." Logan was glad that there was at least one person in the world that would actually joke around with him, most of his friends were too snoby for that. And sometimes, Logan just really needed to be one of the guys, not Logan Emerson, that guy from that one movie.
